Branded Meeting Places

Having struggled to find information on this interesting subject for a student recently, I was delighted to see that the Intute service has picked up on an AHRC-funded 'Branded meeting places' project at the University of Edinburgh. This cross-disciplinary project is looking at newly-emerging places that have particular meanings as loci of human encounter, such coffee houses, transportation hubs, customised meeting places, and informal, locally-branded spaces. At this stage, its website has some findings arising from workshops, together with background information and contact details.
