Eco-towns report from CABE

A new report from CABE and Bioregional, 'What makes an eco-town?', responds to the Government's proposals for new sustainable settlements with some guiding principles. Available online, the report illustrates some of the core issues that will affect whether a proposed development is good enough to be an eco-town, and the criteria against which this can be measured. It also provides some interesting social and economic information which sets the eco-town debate in context.
